Provided by YP.comI’ve used Skypark for years and always self-park (rather than spending the additional $3 a day for valet). But this last time, I checked the rows the attendant mentioned, then spent another 10-15 minutes circling the lot without finding a spot. Several other customers seemed to be in the same position, as I kept seeing the same cars. I finally gave up and I drove to the front to ask. I was told it was ‘first come, first served’ but they could get me into valet, at the valet price of course. Since I didn’t have time to go elsewhere, I had no choice. Was this intentional bait and switch? Did they let me in knowing there were no self-park spots (or extremely few at best)? I doubt it because I don’t think they know or care about it – they have valet to fall back on. Companies that subscribe to ‘buyer beware’ policies like this aren’t for me. I won’t be back.

Provided by YP.comHere's what i know about Sky Park. The shuttles are quick. The location is close. The price is right. The drivers are friendly. The parking isn't so tight you are worried about door-dings. And you get free bottle of water when you leave.

Provided by YPmobileI left for a trip this weekend to return to my beautiful new car completely trash and robbed. The window was busted out and my belongings were stolen. There were also 8 other cars broken into. They claimed no responsibility and argued with me about their security. Said they do rounds all night but there's no way. They have dummy cameras all over the lot, no security. Please do not use this lot. My children and I were devastated walking up to this. It has cost me over $1000.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE!! Left vehicle with Valet Parking and had wash done while gone on trip, upon returning gas tank empty. Left vehicle with Valet Parking on 6/28/12, requested vehicle to be washed while gone ($25)on trip. Upon returning on 7/1/2012 late evening was informed "I left the vehicle with them empty." Was told vehicle would not even run ten feet and had to go purchase six dollars worth of gas to be able to move it around the parking lot. After disputing this and going ahead and paying them the $6 they said they spent noticed after leaving lot the date on the receipt was 7/1/12, not the day I dropped the car off as they stated. Car had approximately 1/4 tank of gas upon drop off and was buried below the gas gauge "E" on return. Vehicle appears to have been driven while gone or gas removed although cannot prove either. Attendant very argumentative and disrespectful.
