Called Bergs garage after calling almost every tire shop within a 100 mile radius. I was greeted very respectfully by the recetionist, who very quickly was able confirm their capabilities of mounting 295/30zr26. The auto tech that took on this work order, within minutes had the old tire remove from the rim and almost in the same amount of tire had the fresh tire installed . Very professional, very timely , as well as WALLET FRIENDLY. Will recommend to one , as well as continue my service at Bergs.

I called AAA for assistance when my van broke down this morning. Berg's was dispatched to pick me up. I appreciate the comprehensive customer service I received as they towed and repaired my vehicle. Their staff is professional and the mechanics are top notch. I highly recommend Berg's if you are in need of any service work!

Very very disappointed in the service not only did it take them 2 months for them to come pick up my truck on top of it I have now been waiting five weeks just to get a head replaced I would not recommend taking you car here unless you just want to waste your time I will never take anything to them again I herd good things but I have been proved wrong they told me countless times the would start on my truck on Monday never happened I am still waiting to get my truck I ended up having to buy a new one because I've waited so long

They can fix anything that needs fixing. I thought they were just for small stuff but I was wrong they can do anything a big shop can do only better. I saw them weld a car body back together after it was wrecked and after they were done I looked it over with a scope and I could not see the weld, It was amazing. They are some of the friendliest people you ever wanted to meet they treat there customers like family and will help you out. That is something unheard of now a days and you wont get that kind of service in any big shop. They don't try to put on parts you don't need to pad there bill, they fix the problem and if something needs fixing they will call you, or if what there fixing is very expensive they will call you to make sure it is ok with you before they fix it. I just had a problem with a big box truck that would have cost me a wrecker bill but they told me how to get it started so I didn't have to pay them to come out to pick it up. You just cant ask for more than that. They are good people.
