DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was promised they would pick me up by 8:30, so at 8:35, I called to see if they were having trouble finding my place. He said the driver was on is way and would be here in 5 to 10 minutes, and I was already supposed to be at my desination at that time. I said ok, and hoped they would show up at any minute. After 10 minutes had gone by, I tried calling again, and no answer or voicemail option; it said the voicemail hadn't been set up for that number. I called probably 30-40 times, non-stop, until after 9pm, when I had already missed my meeting. Not only were my calls not answered, but it was clear they were intentionally ignoring me because sometimes after 2 rings, the call was put through to the voicemail, which hadn't been set up. At 9:20 (50 MINTUES AFTER THEY PROMISED TO BE HERE), someone called and asked if I still needed a taxi. I lost out on $500 tonight because of this company! I cannot believe what a HORRIBLE company this is!!!!
