Beware, this complex may look nice and fancy but the problems and large and many. Parking is atrocious, there are very few spaces and even though I had a garage included in my rent, if I ever wanted guests over they never had any place to park. I have had non-stop issues with my apartment, the fridge constantly leaked nasty water onto my food and they "fixed" it five times before replacing it, costing me a lot of money in wasted food (which they refused to compensate me for of course) then came the broken stove, the disgusting dirt, food (not mine) and greasy sludge that kept coming up out of all the drains. Nothing like going to take a shower and finding your neighbors dinner in the bathtub. When it snows, don't plan on a safe trip across the parking lot. They have the bare minimum in plowing and no salting. The list would just continue on. The office staff is cold and unhelpful. And, of course, after all these issues, they raised the rent. Keep looking, this complex is not worth it.
