Great Service, Reliable, Friendly and Professional. A friend of ours recommended this Company. He and his wife has used them several times. We were picked up at our home and driven to Jacksonville International Airport. Jeff was our driver to the airport and Rolando picked us up for the drive home. Both were excellent. Our return flight was delayed so we were afraid that our driver may have left, leaving us the option of spending the night near JAX or finding another way back to St. Augustine. Despite the problems with US Airways, including a very slow processing of the luggage from the airplane to the baggage pick up area, Rolando was where he was suppose to be. The office staff is very professional and the vehicles are new and comfortable. We will use them again and highly recommend them as an option to getting to JAX or even MCO in Orlando.

I have used Airport Shuttle for at least two years on a regular basis for myself and any company flying in to town. The consistency of the quality of service and safety is simply remarkable. Airport Shuttle is always on time, the vehicles are new, well maintained and are most comfortable. The drivers are professional, courteous and by the time you have arrived at your destination, you have forgotten you hired a service and feel you are with a friend. However, as they are respectful to your needs, feel free to nap, read and don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on the local area. Why the final star? You get all of this at a price that is affordable even in today's economy. This is a family owned business that cares about their customers. Try them, you will not be disappointed!

We have traveled alot and used many services like this one. I have to say, they were awsome. It felt more like a limo tour. They were right on time and the vehicles were very nice and clean. The driver was outstanding and he knew so much about St. Augustine! While were there visiting, we heard another couple talk about how great this company was too! Would highly recommend them.
