Provided by YP.comWe brought our cat to this clinic for grooming and were charged $178 for a lion’s cut. When we challenged the charge, Dr. Paper, the owner of the clinic, said that she had to purchase new clippers, new equipment, and pay her employees more, and needed to charge that much to cover her costs. Fortunately, we had declined her suggested pre-grooming examination and blood tests. The blood tests alone were an additional charge of $90- $165. We had her examined at the same clinic 6 months prior to being groomed. We feel that the exorbitant charge for the grooming may have been in retaliation for not acquiescing to the exam and blood tests. Our cat came back traumatized! She was trembling, had an elevated heart rate and would not come out from under the bed. The following day we had to take her to another vet, incurring additional charges, who confirmed her elevated heart rate and noticed a heart murmur that could have been caused by the anxiety the cat experienced while being groomed.

Provided by YP.comI AM SPEAKING UP AFTER 5YEARS OF GOING TO THIS VET. I entrusted 4 of my cats well-being TO this vet. I regret it. Several years ago, she seemed to be nice and cared for my animals. However, she has changed. It's all about $$$. She pushes for "Chinese medicine" , which is extremely costly. she mis-diagnosed MY CAT!!! HE HAS DIABETES!!! She did the same thing with my sister's cat a few years back AND HE DIED B/C OF HER. Few weeks ago, she overly medicated one of my cats with prednisone to the point he was a zombie and kept soiling himself. She wanted to continue the medication, but since it had a negative impact on my cat, I took my cat off the predisone on my own and he is doing wonderfully. As a result of the prednisone, All my carpets are ruined. My house smells like cat urine. Yes, I have to replace the carpets myself, because she will not replace NOR pay to have them cleaned. I made it very clear to this office, I did not believe in NOR have the money to pay for "chinese medicine" treatments. Her staff HARRASSED ME via phone to have acupunture & other treatments done on my cat, which are extremely costly AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK. The vet nor the staff understood that not only I cannot afford the treatments, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, I dont believe in it. The treatment is $125 or $135/ session but you have to have it done every week for 4 weeks. I got so upset, I requested my records be sent elsewhere. The Vet called me & tried to manipulate/change my mind by speaking poorly of the vet I have chosen and all other vets in town. She feels she is the best vet in town. NOT THE CASE!!! DONT BE FOOLED. She even had the nerve to instist on the non-guaranteed expensive treatment AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS VET. SHE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY & THE FACT SHE WAS LOOSING 4 PATIENTS. I HAD TO TELL HER TO STOP CALLING ME. SHE HAS NO RIGHT TELLING ME WHERE TO TAKE MY ANIMALS. BTW: SHE ASKED ABOUT MY FINANCIAL STATUS!!! HELLO, THAT IS NOT ONLY UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT NOBODY'S BUSINESS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS OFFICE LACKED THE RESPECT NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF, BUT MY CATS!
I should have listened to the people around me a long time ago to go elsewhere. I am happy now and so are my cats!!! Seriously.

Provided by YP.comThis is a great clinic to take your cats to. They treat you with respect and are very loving towards your animals. They even have their own animals their that stay there all the time and that are friendly too. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that it is very expensive.
