Provided by YP.comI am a chronic pain female and tried to get an evaluation from this Dr. I filled all the pages of the packet and it was returned with NO underlined 3x on the outside. I tried to contact Dr. D for a reason why he refused to see me and didn't even get the courtesy of a response. Would love to know his reasoning.

Provided by YP.comDr. Dieguez and his assistant, Ms. Ginger provide the best patient care I have EVER received! Their total focus is truly on the patient. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment, not only for the relief of your pain, but also for the pleasure of being treated with respect and kindness, you won't regret it!
