Nice physical facility (large rooms, lots of windows, fantastic playground)...very nice teachers...but...the Center Director (Jill) seems to have herself as the #1 priority. Childrens' safety and well-being of her staff should be any daycare director's top priorities. Example - after the holiday program (held in the evening in the parking lot), she said "Go to your parents" & let the children, most of whom were 2-3 years old, just run into the dark parking lot to find their parents. All should have been escorted back to the classroom, released to a parent, checked off and accounted for. & on Halloween, she wore rollerskates. What if there was a fire or other emergency that required her attention? Just two examples of many. Jill also treated her staff with disdain and disrespect. The good teachers are what kept us there, but I do not expect many of them will remain with this type of treatment. For the same price & in the same part of town, go to Village Academy on Lewis Pt Road (mother of 2 at FP for approx. 1 year)

How many times have you been called by someone at the center who says, "You're child is sick, can you come pick them up?" This doesn't happen at Family Partners because the center is kept so clean that germs don't have a chance to spread. It's amazing and testament to the efforts of all the staff at Family Partners to keep the place clean. You can tell when you walk in because it smells good. Not perfumy but clean, pure, pleasant.



Aside from this important aspect of the center, the staff is great, there's a new director who's fantastic and they really seem to care.
