Dr. Caramas is a good physician. But that is only good if you can get to see him, which is very difficult. His staff overbooks him so he has an inadequate time to listen to patients. His staff at the front desk is fine, but the nurse practioners are really poor at their profession. They have a lack of knowledge, and are discourteous. The amount of staff for a 2 doctor practice is part of the problem. With too many staff, there is too much time chitter chattering and lots of whining and moaning.......about what? The last time I went, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes longer than the appointment and never got seen by the nurse practioners, who were too busy yacking away about this person and that person, with NO ONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE. I feel sorry for Dr. Caramas. He deserves much better from his staff.

We have used Dr. Frady for over a dozen years. He is an active listener and a marvelous, extremely talented diagnostician. His "bed side manner" and time with patients is commendably different in today's fast-pace medicine. In his absence I have been directed to Dr. Rozas once and Dr. Carames once. Each of the latter continue my confident satisfaction with the medical practice.

I have been a patient at this office for 6 years. I think the office is well run and the staff are all nice. I have noticed that the staff are the same and that makes it more personal because they know me. My Dr (C) is very good and kind. I had to go into the hospital and it was nice that my own Dr C could take care of me there too. In Georgia, I had to see Drs in the hospital when I was there and not my own Dr.

I have always been treated well by Dr. Rozas. He listens and cares. The staff are all nice too and they are helpful and knowleagable. I like going there because I can get my labs done there and I don't have to run all over the place.
