Always have had great experiences here. Ken is a great mechanic, does great work on all kinds of vehicles and is always very fair and reasonable with his costs. This is the first place I think of when we need something done.

I took my car to the shop on 3 occasions. The first 2 occasions went well repairs were done in a timely manner the cost was very reasonable. On the third occasion I received a phone call from the shop owner at 7:30 a.m. with him screaming at me because my 18 year old Mazda had been worked on by other people besides him. He yelled that he could not be expected to figure out what was wrong with my car when other people had touched it. Try to explain the cars 18 years old and I have no idea who's worked on it. He screamed at me to get my car out of his shop immediately and hung up on me. I was already at work ,had to phone friends to get to the shop ASAP to get my car in fear he would tow it. I have never been treated in such an unbelievably unprofessional manner by any business owner. I am still stunned by his behavior, I certainly agree he has the option not to work on any car he doesn't want to but to scream at me and hang up on me was way out of line. Avoid this place.
