I've been fortunate enough to have resided in this beautiful community since 2010-- and I'm convinced that it's gonna' take a tornado-force wind (or a front-loader) to lift me out of here. "Moultrie Oaks" is NOT a misnomer. This community is surrounded by, and replete with, an army of regal Live Oak trophy trees -- those famed for withstanding and buffering major storm force winds, absorbing flood waters, & throwing ample shade with their expansive deep-green canopies. Moreover, the ponds, winding roads, treed lots, gardens and other aesthetically-pleasing features make this property far more lush and intimate than the more sun-baked, steaming, sterile, "manicured" cookie cutter environments that are so typical of other manufactured home developments.
The community pool abuts a pond on one side, and a covered wrap-around club-house porch on the opposite side. The clubhouse interior is awesome-- equipped
with everything from a huge updated kitchen to the internet, a big-screen TV, pool table, library and fitness center annex. Our maintenance crew is Top-Shelf; hard working, steady, respectful, amiable and accommodating. Finally, the "cherry" on this Awesome cake: Our Ownership//Management family. Impossible to find a more accessible, reliable, responsive, fair, supportive team This Side Of Anywhere. Just diligent enough to insure & maintain the highest standard of living; and just flexible enough to provide a taste of the "high life" for seniors. All this, plus "Location, Location, Location!" Given that magic formula, all the more surprising that our monthly lot fees run far below average. Thanks to the Moultrie Oaks leadership. Like our beautiful Live Oaks, I'm rooted here for the duration.
