We lived here for one year. Repairs were never made correctly or in a timely fashion. Our place was listed as 1.5 bathrooms but since we could never get the pocket door fixed between them, we just had one bathroom with two sinks and two toilets.



We moved out in November and are STILL fighting to get our deposit back, even though we did everything we were supposed to and the property manager has insisted the check is sitting at corporate waiting to be signed. Where is corporate?? Good question. They will not provide any further info and a web search lists CA properties, but no corporate office.



The pool is disgusting! And it was always full of loud parties. Management is hit and miss in the office and do not return phone calls or emails.



Do NOT rent from Seaside Villas. I feel sorry for the people that privately own their places in the complex, because Pacifica SD Managements ruins the entire place for everyone.



To pay rent, you can buy money orders, pay $2 to pay by e-check or $25 to pay with a debit or credit card.
