My wife and I live in Phoenix area but were in St Augustine at Super Bowl time 2019. ON Super Bowl Sunday, we could not unlock the cabinet where we access our sewer valves. This is indeed a problem. Monday following the Super Bowl we contacted Stave at 8:00 AM, he took us in right away, fixed the problem and asked for only a minimum labor fee. He could have asked for hundreds, but it was extremely reasonable. We absolutely insisted on a greater amount to be charged, and still felt we got a deal considering the circumstances. Steve is an HONEST, DECENT MAN. Thank you Steve. To all the RV owners in the St Augustime area, this is the guy to service your RV!
