Seemed like a good enough place , trailors are the smallest you can come by. The rent is over priced and fees are outrageous. A normal size person can not fit in the shower and there is horrible phone coverage in the area. My husband left for the weekend and had his electric disconnected ,which caused him to come back to spoiled food in the refrigerator. Some trailors also have warnings not to be used for human habitat, these were relief trailors from Katrina. Who knows what was put in there. If you are coming to work in this area ,Find some where else. The owner seems shady and he swears he had nothing to do with the disconnection.
