I've shopped on eBay a number of times looking for something specific for a friend or family member and while it's a great source of merchandise and very easy to shop from the comfort of my own home I find all too often packages arrived smashed to pieces and now the Post Office is saying that if the seller didn't wrap it properly they won't honor the insurance that I paid for the piece.



I've got 3 boxes sitting in front of me that have been rejected by the Post Office due to poor packing.



One of the items the seller obviously made drastic changes in the colors of the piece that I purchased, when it arrived I was thrilled, when I opened the box I was shocked. The dealer told me that he "couldn't control my monitor settings".



I found this little Antique Mall by accident while trying to find a parking lot a few months ago. Their merchandise is beautifully displayed and I can't imagine that there is something out there that you are looking for that they don't have.



I found the piece that I wanted from eBay but it arrived broken, paid less than the eBay costs AND I didn't pay for shipping and dubious postal insurance.



The people who work there are friendly and if they don't have an answer to a question they are more than happy to find someone else who does know the answer.



I now go back every ten days or so as my children are involved in a sporting event in that area and every time it's like going into a new store.



It's nice to see items from my childhood (although I hate to admit that something from MY childhood is now considered an Antique!) and to be able to see the quality of the piece.



Outstanding staff, outstanding merchandise, and an outstanding way to spend a couple of hours. I think I come out of there every time having learned something new about Antiques that I hadn't learned before.



I have shopped most of the Antique stores in the area, some have great merchandise but at outrageous prices, some have staff who refuse to recognize you are there unless you are wearing a Chanel suit, some have items that I've left out for the GoodWill to pick up.



Of all of the Antique stores in the DuPage and Kane County area's this mall, Antique Mall III is one of the highlights of my month!
