Tom and Dorothy at T.H. Billeter, CPA are great resources for my personal and business tax and accounting needs. Great folks; great service.

Unprofessional and incompetent!!! Extremely unresponsive and poor communicator. Never filed my taxes, and found out they weren't filed a month after the due date, which cost me $200 in penalties and interest from the IRS. When I addressed this with him, his response was abrasive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he gave me the wrong payment vouchers, and my tax payments were processed incorrectly as a result. After about an hour on the phone with the IRS, I finally got my payments transferred and processed correctly. Terrible experience. My $100 coupon was not worth this. Spare yourself the headache and frustration.
