The best way I could put my experience into words is WOW! I must say I've never looked or felt this great since my 20's. Trevor and Regina make an excellent team at the new Eddie Caruso location in the downtown St.Charles area. I've been going to Regina for the last 8 years for my color and followed her here to get my color services done.(I drive over an hour by the way) She then introduced me to Trevor who was so fabulous! Besides the fact that I lost myself in his beautiful blue eyes,he new exactly what I wanted to do with my cut without me even opening up my mouth. I freaking love that man! He was focused on my needs the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. The atmosphere of the salon is great too! I'm use to it being loud and obnoxious but this place is so relaxing and comfortable. Thank you Trevor and Regina!

We all know how difficult it is to find a good hairstylist. Well, Trevor isn't good, he's amazing! This is by far the best hair cut I've ever had in my 37 years. You know when you watch those makeover shows and they completely transform the women - well Trevor could be on those shows.



He takes the time to really listen to what you want and then offers suggestions of his own. I gave him full reign and pretty much just told him to do whatever he thought would look good. Trevor is a true artist. I never dreamed I'd like a haircut so much.



I strongly suggest you book an appointment with him - give him full reign - you won't be disappointed.

Despite reading the previous review, I went to Caruso's and had Eddie cut my hair. He was great! Not only did he listen to my concerns, he delivered a great cut for my challengingly curly hair. I recommend this place and would take my mom there.

Not very upscale at all for St. Charles, in fact rather dumpy looking. Had a Friday evening appointment and stylists were more interested in what they were wearing that night and where they were going. Though I had an appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes and then she rushed through the routine, paying no attention to what I asked her to do. I thought I'd be okay because her hair looked nice. Boy was I wrong! I do a much better job myself. Though she dried my hair a little more after I complained it was still wet (the hair was falling flat in spots because it was wet), once I got home, I discovered my hair was still half wet -- and she had the nerve to charge me $28.00! Never again!!!!!! Be forewarned . . . I wish I had been.
