ER visit in rain and storm was wonderful. Even though I couldn't go inside with my dog She was treated and staff kept me informed thru constant calls while I waited outside for my baby girl. Corona kept me out but doctors are diligent to care for the animals. Bless you all!!!

I had a great first appointment with one of my dog. I'm very particular and have "rejected" 5 other vets. I'm blessed to have healthy, happy dogs now, but if something changes it is critical for me to know they have my pups' best interests at heart. I'll be transferring my other dog to Dr Vogel for his next check up too!

Just lost our amazing cat and the care, compassion, and dedication received by everyone at St. Charles Veterinary Clinic was beyound reproach. Have used this Clinic since the days of Dr. Mallo and will never consider another. Dr. Miles and Dr. Strewart are well versed in their care and are honest to admit when they do not know , but take the time to find out the best course of action. I proudly give them references.

I was in on a scheduled appointment for Heartworm check, we arrived on time and were taken care of promptly. In between the time of making the appointment and the appointment itself my dog developed a growth behind her front tooth, I asked if someone could take a look at it while we were there (it would have taken all of five minutes maybe) and they didn't have time - there was one person with dog in the waiting room, and one person with dog in the check-up rooms - they told me if I wanted to wait about two hours (they were obviously just trying to get rid of me) I could stay and they might be able to see my dog then. I had the feeling that because they couldn't charge me extra (I would have gladly paid if that was the case) they wanted me to schedule a whole new appointment. I have picked up my dogs information and we have moved to a vetinary facility that really seems to care about my dog.

This clinic is very poor in their communication with you. My cat needed to have an Eckocardigram done and I was told the cost of the procedure was to be a total of $385 which I was prepared to pay. After picking up my cat and paying the $385, the clinic called me at home and said that I owed another $156 for 2 other procedures they had done and never informed me of even after I signed a form stating "YES" to call me if there are any additional costs involved. Watch out for this clinic and make sure you get things in writing before they do anything with your pet!!!!! I'm looking for another vet clinic.
