Polite staff, nice clean comfortable room, great price. Nice place to stay if you are traveling or with someone, I will return, and stay here. Lots of Gas and eating places, within 2 blocks .

The hotel was a standard Super 8. It looked clean and no problems with the room, but nothing to write home about. The manager of the hotel, on the other hand, was great. He was friendly and helpful. Most impressive, when a cab that was supposed to take us to a wedding canceled at the last minute, he offered to personally drive us to the wedding so that we would not be late. This was completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated. We will stay there again the next time we are in St. Charles.

Super 8 at St Charles is conveniently located to a number of things: For instance downtown St Charles is at walking distance. Also a plaza with all the big retail stores and brand names restaurants is 1-2 miles away from there. Fermilab is also close (just 7 miles). The hotel is operated by an indian family. The hotel people are friendly and sympathetic.

I was in town for a show at the Fairgrounds not far away, and the hotel is well situated for those. Fair-size room, clean enough and with all the usual amenities. I've stayed here before, and this room this time was the best I've had in all my stays.

Wonderful Clean Room ( I got the suite for the price of a room - ahem !) fridge, micro, and LOTS OF SPACE !! King Size bed and free breakfast - surely the best deal in St Charles ( with the other hotels charging $ 100 + night or MORE!) Would do it again in a heartbeat!!

WOW! Nice clean hotel - Very impressed with the helpful staff, they went out of their way to find me a phone charger ( I forgot mine at home!)- Recommended!!!

I had a great room, staff was amazing, but one of the side doors would never permanently close and two guys came in and kicked my face in resulting in a concussion and facial hemorrhaging that took three weeks to heal. They did nothing to correct the problem, so I don't know what to say.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff .

We've been staying at this hotel for over 25 years and twice a year....We go to the Coin-Op dealers of America show for old antique juke boxes, slot machines, many other antique coin-operated games , soda machines, pin ball, trade stimulators and OLD Signs . plus much more..Anyway this place is the best deal in town and Saint Charles is an expensive area...Its half the price of Pheasant Run where our show is held...its also cheaper than any other places there an its clean, updated and comfortable....

Hotel was clean. Very basic hotel. If you're looking for a place to crash and not much else, this is the place!

ahh yess super nice very friendly check in gave me early check in for I walked 4 miles from metra train ....at 10 am they had a great room ready ...Cold room ahh nice clean large towels nice tv good air large room nice and quiet , housekeeping cleaned my room nice and fast very friendly .. management was very nice helpful getting me my room thank you ken ...will stop again

I have stayed at the super 8 st Charles a lot of times in last 10 years. It has gone through a lot of renovations in last 12 months. A few more things to do as well but had a talk with the front desk and found out they are going to change everything in next 12 months. Very happy with my last stay. Will keep coming back every year. Keep it up.

Have stayed at this location approximately 10 times since 2012. It's always Clean, Very Quiet and Comfortable The Parking Lot is well lit and the Staff Helpful. Will continue to stay here whenever I visit St. Charles.

A great value and location overall .

It was clean and comfortable. The sleeping area and bathroom were each of a good size, and the room was quiet .

Nice play to stay for the money charged. Initially was concerned when I walked in and the front desk area smelled strongly of cigaratte smoke and I don't smoke. But the room was clean and large, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very limited, but for the price I could not argue. There is a lovely park just across the parking lot I walked each day.
