After 5 years, yes 5 years, of loyal local business, they decided to cancel our appt last minute for another job, after inquiring to this matter, the owner & Tony decided to take over the call... a very belittling and beligerent man who likes to call former loyal female customers profane names when they ask what's going on... get your service elsewhere this business has no clue how to treat customers...



CUSTOMERS RESPONSE:

After 5 years of loyalty, the review above is sad but true, & to make matters worse, our HVAC system was mal-serviced during that time...the cost of the wasted energy $$ amounts could have paid for a new central AC unit. Receipts to verify. So do they really 'not' sell more than needed or is it just misinformation & not selling/servicing what is required or energy efficient?? Stay away, be educated & find a different AC/Heating servicer. And more interestingly who threatened who?? A customer w/ a 3rd request for service or a beligerent business owner dictating his service to suit his personal convenience?? 5 years too long & in this economy, a customer & now neighborhood/town that is wiser for it.
