my name is Jessica. and i am from Saint Charles Area. i was been there for long time. but now valley nails it the best ever. for what i see it there was all new worker now. they was take time and do the right thing on my pedicure and they have new opion for you to choose for when you do pedicure and got a free wine to drink..the shop was look so great and look so beautiful .. i approve it.. :) thank you so much valley nails

It was my first and my last visit to Valley Nail! I went in when the shop was nearly empty on a weekday, early afternoon. I was wanting a pedicure and an eyebrow and upper lip wax. The pedicure was so fast that you would have thought I was there only to have my toe-nails painted. The nail tech barely worked on my feet. I should have checked my eyebrow and upper lip in the mirror before I left (the tech didn't offer me one) because when I got home It wasn't hard to notice all the areas that were missed. My fee and tip for services totaled $50.00. I think I could have accomplished the same quality of work (or even better) having done the work myself. I am so disappointed. AnnSaint Charles, IL

Keep Looking. Horrible service, rude staff. They change prices & speak in a different language too confuse you. Prices on the wall are not what they charge. Polish only last a couple days. Go spend they money somewhere else. Please!!!
