Never used this limo service ever again. This was my first time i was using a limo service for a wedding. first off, the a/c did not work at all, the contract guarantee that all vehicle are air conditioning and that they are not responsible for air conditioning dissatisfaction in extreme heat over 90 degree. it was only 80 degree top with no a/c. We had to put the window down and the window does not even go up when we try to readjust it. The tv does not work. Every one wanted to pass out especially the pregnant bridesmaid.

St. Louis Limousine and Allied Transportation(who they are associated with) are a joke. They showed up an hour late for our wedding in a Limo Bus that was garbage, had holes in the walls and floor as well as staples sticking out of the seat. It was also smaller than they promised. And all the while I had to deal with a dispatcher that had the personality of a convict. They finally refunded me for the hour that they weren't there but still haven't returned my calls nor paid me the extra $75 they promised to refund due to terrible service. I had to call every day of my honeymoon to try and get any refund. I had to give them 1 star b/c i couldn't give them Zero.

DO NOT RENT ANY RAGGEDY, BROKEN-DOWN LIMOS, BUSES, ETC. FROM THIS ALLIED!! My wife and I rented a strech Excusion for our wedding recently. The a/c and radio didn't work. And worst of all THE LIMO BROKE DOWN ON OUR WAY TO THE RECEPTION. Oh, and good luck trying to get a refund back from these people. I wouldn't reccommend Allied for any occasion!

Booked a hummer limo with this company on new years eve... I booked this reservation at the last minute and was very pleased with the rate given to me. The driver arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of the area and bar scene. Thanks for a great time!!

I CALLED TO FIND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR COMPANY AND THE MAN I TALKED TO WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. AFTER HE ASKED ME WHAT IT IS I WAS CALLING ABOUT, HE HUNG UP ON ME IN MID SENTENCE. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LIMO COMPANY TO GO ELSE WHERE.

Please do not use Allied Transportation. Ruined my wedding day and I will never get that day back!! Russ (owner) rented me a Limo Bus knowing that the AC was broken. He took my money and and when we realized the AC was broken he would not give us our money back. I did not do my homework..so do yours! Unsatisfactory with BBB and complaints with the AG office as well. My wedding was Aug 23 and it was in the upper 90's...pictures were ruined and due to the heat our hair/makeup was ruined! We had to stop at different establishments (including the Schnucks Flower Fridge) to stay cool. We could not stay on the Limo. Tried calling Russ on 3 different occassions during the 4 hour rental..and he would not let us return the limo nor get a refund. The driver was also inexperienced (he admitted it was his first day driving) and almost flipped the bus!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK...USE THE COMPETITION!!!!

For our wedding we ordered a 22 passenger limo bus. We had 15 adults and 2 children in our party. 2 of those adults had to stand the entire time b/c there was not enough seating and that was with the children sitting on their parents laps. This was not due to the size of the people- our friends are all of a "normal" size- no really robust people.

Also our wedding was delayed by an hour b/c the driver got lost getting to Forest Park from downtown. It should have taken 15 min. at the most. I (bride) was in a separate car from the girls and had to sit at my wedding for this whole time until my bridesmaids finally arrived in the bus. The response we got when we talked to management was that they didn't charge us for that hour so we should take that as our refund. This was hardly the kind of service we expected- I would not recommend them for any event.
