Same business as Brophf's Boat and RV Storage- Beware! Rent a spot months before I had an RV since spot I was given to look at was nicely graveled, close to the office, no trees, backed to other RV lot and location was well lit at night. Months later I received letter monthly rate was going from $38.95 to over $60 a month, but I could pay annual to keep rate. Since security was an issue and location is close to my home where I could walk to lot, I paid annual amount and was a given receipt saying my spot number was paid through March 2016. Now Brophf's ( Betty and Bob) are telling me I have to move to the back of the lot that is not equal spot paid for. It backs to trees and weeds overgrown with junk behind fence, poorly lit or they are threatening to tow RV. Despite them knowing I am a female who goes to the lot late at night due to travel and spot was paid for because of location. They have already rented out my spot to a trucking company that they are charging more too. Brophf's gave me no notice and my 40 ft RV is not easy to just find a place. Very dishonest business. Betty tried to it is a month to month lease. Well then they should have asked for annual to secure rate and given me a receipt listing exact spot.Beware! This is a very dishonest business that is also known as Brophf's Mobile Home Sales.
