All lies stay away from this place and whatever you do DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. they want you to sign a contract saying you agree to buy the car before they even tell you what your interest rate or payments are.... this place is everything people warn you about and more.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT PLACE TO GET A LOAN!! I didn't have the best credit due to a recent divorce. Miles and Patrick made me feel at home. they took me through the whole process and are helping me repair my credit while driving a 2015 DODGE CHARGER!!! I couldn't be happier

This place is Great!!! They told me my car came with a 3 month warranty and it was true! my car had an issue after 1 month and Auto Centers paid for the entire repair. I'm telling everyone I know to go see Jeremy! He is awesome

This place is Great. I am surprised to see the bad reviews, but I guess most people just go to the internet to complain. I have recommended tons of family and friends to Autocenters and they ALL had great experiences.

Wrong paperwork, rude salesman, ripoff. Regretful i bought a car from here, dont buy from here it will save you headache

Bought a 2005 Ford F250 diesel truck from them back in April.They claimed the truck was amazing and we were getting a great truck.Showed us all the paperwork from previous owner and said engine was bullet proof.Said we could buy a extended warranty for added coverage just in case needed for security basically.Well about a month after purchasing the problems began.It had corrosion so bad underneath hood and was overheating.Dealer wouldn't help nor would the warranty.So here it is 8 months later and over 6000 grand spent.From radiators,glow plugs,starter,fan kits,and so on.Hopefully we have problems resolved but don't feel like we should've had to of paid.Warranty was useless and so was salesman that sold us truck and told us we were buying a awesome truck.

.. SOooooo I'm giving it two stars .. I went here aug/2012 .. EXCITED second car,, trade in,, first car note .. didn't have any credit BUT it wasn't any credit to the point where this was my last resort.. HOWEVER I didn't know that . I was alone in new car hunting .. 20 yrs old ,, they seen me coming ! The interest rate was like 25% .. I went through Exeter Finance . which was okay. but THE FREAKING CAR WENT OUT IN DECEMBER ! I NEEDED AN ALTERNATOR ON A FOREIGN CAR 4 MONTHS LATER ! heck no it was HORRIBLE .. the warranty was a waste of life . NEVER AGAIN . i seriously do not RECOMMEND !

I did not purchase a car from this dealer however I did obtain my financing with their help for a car that I had found on a different lot. As for the financing part of it, I was very pleased with the help that they gave me. They worked hard for me and have so far made it a very painless process. I did not feel "slimed" at all which is a feeling I was getting used to after visiting so many dealerships! I would definitely do business with this company again.

They sold me a car & failed to inform me that this car FAILED emissions a week prior to me purchasing it. Now they're making me fix all the problems that they should have fixed before I bought the car!! The dealers are rude, manipulative LIARS!

This is my first time posting a review of anyone or anything so that should tell you how bad this car dealership is. I strongly advise that no one ever buy a car from here for any reason. I have never in my life been talked to the way that these guys talked to me today. I will not get into the very long story that this could be but know that they will lie to your face and say anything to get you to buy a car. I gave it one star because you have to give something to post this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the pain and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!

wow where to start! i have never had such a terrible experience buying a car and never seen a business where they bold face lie to you to get your business. We were told my our salesman that he would extend our due date 15 days out because we were not prepared to pay the sales tax on our vehicle the same day it was due. Well when we got our bill the due date had not been moved back and when we called he said there was nothing he could do. Also he told us we had to have the extended warranty to have the loan go through and guaranteed us he would remove the warranty in the first thirty days and he didnt, when we called again he said he would take care of it and still didnt causing us to eat $2,000. The deal on the vehicle was good but the service was awful and the promises empty.

All went as expected until we went to have car licensed at the DMV. The title was not released properly from previous owner and they neglected to give us all the paperwork needed to license it. We were missing a signature on the title and missing a lien release from the bank. When you purchase a car from a dealer, you expect this to go smoothly and expect a dealer to be an expert in these details. Their incompetence caused us many additional hours and additional money. And I wonder if it all was on the up and up (legal in the end). Beware!!!

After speaking with a representative on the phone he assured me that they would find a deal for me because I have very little credit to my name. So after driving all the way out to saint Charles I spend a half an hour filling out the app form and the reference sheet. Then after another 20 mins of waiting for the results to come back they told me I would need a co-signer. I'm 19 years old and working 40+ hours a week. I was very upset at this and walked out. But the guy told me he was gonna call me the next morning I don't even know why. That stupid green light auto credit ad they play on the radio all day long is the biggest croc of lies I've ever seen. Don't waste your time there. Their cars aren't that good anyway.

Car I purchased needed engine work which was covered under the 30day warrant. This dealership wouldn't pay charges since I didnt go to the shop they wanted. I went to firestone they were rude the workers there and questioned me on why I would want them to work on my car. I will be filing a report with the BBB and DON'T PURCHASE A CAR THERE!!!!
