Provided by YPmobileI have been to the Hibachi Grill more time than I can remember since they have opened & have used this great place for bdays & special occasions many times. I come here with my family tu 1 time a month for the amazing buffet food & great price. The employees are great & making you feel comfortable & relaxed. Always the place to eat after a long workout at the gym too. Everyone here knows me from the minute I walk in the door, most likely the mohawk but also how much we come here.

Provided by YP.comWent today with family and this was pretty lousy food. The ice cream self serve was a disaster! Big round gallons of ice cream open in a refrig unit with scoops sitting in dirty dishwater for you to reuse and put you hands down into the buckets to scoop out the ice cream where everyone else has put their DIRTY GRUBBY hands! None for me thanks, I will pass! Fish said it was salmon...but had the appearance and taste of some really cheap fish...Over priced...place is destined to close within a year....save your money go some place else....DON'T EAT HERE you will regret it.

Provided by YP.comI agree with other reviews. Overpriced for what you get. The real turn-off for me was raising the price for fathers day. The Sunday price is $9.59. On Fathers day they had a hand written sign on the door that said Happy Fathers Day $10.99. Rather than give Dads a break they chose to take advantage of what was expected to be a busy day. My family and I turned around and left when we saw a small sign near the register that said no coupons today.
I will never go back and encourage others to reward their greed with non-support. Village China Wok never treated me like this. That's where I'll go.

Provided by YP.comJust like the reviewer said before, if you liked the Village China Wok you'll like this. I on the other hand thought it was a huge waste of money. The shrimp on the cold table had a hard texture, that even caused my son to spit it out. The crab rangoon didn't have any crab, instead tasted like cream cheese and sugar. As a matter of fact, nothing on the buffet had CRAB, but contained surimi (fake crab) which doesn't have the same taste. One of the appetizers was signed as "fried crab claws" fried imitation surimi is disgusting! Definitely false advertisement. The sauces tasted canned, and the meats were dry. The desserts were a disaster too. They were the exact same as Village China Wok. They were even stale, dry, with an off taste.
With a price of over $12 per person with drink, I expected at least some quality. What a complete disappointment.

Provided by YP.comGreat Chinese buffet, the best in the metropolitan area! If you like Great Wall, you'll LOVE this one; it's similar, but better. For starters, you pay before you eat, so you never end up waiting to pay after. The parking lot is always packed, but we've never had to wait to be seated. The best buffet sushi I've had anywhere, and the hibachi grill is better than any hibachi grill we've had at a buffet. (It would not be fair to compare either the sushi or the hibachi grill to restaurants that specialize in them, and have nothing else....) Very moderate price, one plate of sushi and you're ahead of the game. Great selection of salads, fresh fruits, hot and cold entrees and sides. They advertize as Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Mexican, but also have a bit of Korean and lots of American foods for those that don't care for oriental food. Save some room for the Blue Bunny ice cream at the end... We've been 6 times so far, and never been disappointed, so we booked Father's Day Brunch for 20+!

Provided by YP.comNot a big fan of buffetts as they are usually just "filler". This place is AWESOME!!! Good, quality food you would expect at an asian style buffett, but much more. Much higher quality than almost any other buffett I have visited. Very reasonable price. I would go here for the sushi alone, which is freshly made and selection and quality rivals most sushi resturants in St. Louis. Also the "habachi" grill, where your food is cooked to order. They actually have rice noodles instead of just spaghetti. I could go on and on. New resturant, great atmosphere for a buffett, great location. Service is a little lacking, but it IS a buffett. Everything from chinese food to chicken nuggets for the kids. Octopus ceviche.......are you kidding. I have been here 7 times already and I know I have eaten double the buffett price just in sushi and fresh fruit alone. Always busy, but big enough so you never have to wait. Highly recommend. Stay off my sushi.
