Rude people and over-priced. Never will go here. They do the technique where they try to scare you by telling you 50 things are wrong with your car and try to make you feel like an idiot when you disagree. I took it to the DEALER of all places after here (the dealer is usually the place for upsells) and they laughed when I told them what was told to me to be wrong with the car. I hate talking to these people on the phone too. They always act like they are too busy to talk to you. I guess ripping people off does take alot of energy
