These guys are very knowledgeable with all the products they sell. Very helpful in giving tips on making your vaping experience enjoyable! Jason knows my special juices and mixes them up perfecrly!!

Weve spent thousands of $ here up till a few days ago. We took our defective ecig back that we just bought the day before (it kept misfiring and still keeps misfiring to this day), yet they wouldnt give us a refund and wouldnt even exchange it because they said they couldnt duplicate the problem during their 10 seconds of testing it. On top of that, after I went home and looked online to try and find a solution since the employees refused to fix it, I came across my exact same ecig that I paid $95 for, half the price and cheaper at all kinds of other stores.

I never leave bad reviews, but their total refusal to fix or exchange my defective product, especially after all the money we've spent there the past couple years, leaves me no choice but to warn others about their shady practices. I almost forgot their strategically placed, almost hidden 'No refunds' sign that's virtually impossible to see too.
