My wife and I moved to Time Centre about a year ago and we love! This is our second apartment and Time Centre has really set the standards high. We live on the Cascades side which is ten years newer and we absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and are quick to assist you if any issues arise. The grounds are very well kept and the rustic appearance of the buildings' exterior coupled with the landscaping is very aesthetically pleasing. The location is great as it is conveniently located near many restaurants and a gas station. I'm also close to my university and my job. Time Centre is definitely the most dog friendly complex around and I would love to see a dog park on property one day!

My daughter and family lived here for over a year. Crime was so bad they had to get out. The apartment was run down, stove was old and half the burners did not work, upstairs was hot in summer and cold in winter, and it smelled old.

I lived in a roommate style apartment for a year. Everything was ok with the apartment. There were a few bad experiences and a few awful. The bad experiences were trying to get our air conditioning fixed for a few weeks and the maintenance request we put in and had to wait over 2 months for them to fix it. The awful experience did not come until we moved out. They will tell you that they will send you your deposit refund within 30 days. After 40 days I called and left a message asking for a call back. Instead, I got my check in the mail 2 days later. I called and left another message, and still heard nothing back. I finally called the complex and left a message. 2 days later I got a call back and was told that this was just because someone within their company was sick. It seems to me that they were not sending the refund til I called. Also beware of them charging for things not on the price list on move out.
