Tom can definitely be classified as a typical used car salesman. The kind we all fear if you know what I mean. I had a written purchase agreement in place, and he backed out at the last minute to sell to another buyer for more money. I personally decided not to waste my time and take legal action. My personal advise would be to do your home work before dealing with him. To be honest I would highly recommend going somewhere else, and saving yourself the pain.

We've bought 2 cars and a truck from Tom over the past several years, and had great luck with each one. They were clean and reliable, and he even delivered one for me when I wasn't able to make it out to his lot. Great cars, great service, I'd buy from him again, and have recommended him to several friends.
