That the office staff is rude, irresponsible, lazy and unprofessional.

If you are going to talk about patients, do it behind closed doors, not with other patients standing around. If you say you are going to send the prescription over to the pharmacy, do it -don't lie; or tell me it won't be until later so i'm not waiting for nothing. If an authorized person is requesting information, don't make them wait 3 weeks to deliver it, if you didn't complete it as thoroughly as you should have send over what you have and work on the rest. I thought my doctor was great, until I realized the inconsistancy of note taking on my chart. If you are going to monitor my treatment and request specific tests, make sure your notes are thorough. So sad it had to come to this, but I need a new physician and staff.
