Because we have over a decade of experience working in civil litigation and consumer law, we have seen the cost of legal services escalate making access to legal advice and services less accessible to the average consumer.  Because we have 15 years working as consultants to small businesses and providing customer service, we know that businesses and individual consumers face an increasing need for affordable solutions.  We are committed to empowering our clients with information and providing them with access to cost-effective solutions that will not break the bank.

We also understand that many times clients simply need information that will facilitate their ability to deal effectively with problems and overcome a wide array of obstacles.  We see clients almost daily that regret making critical errors when dealing with divorce, creditor, landlord-tenant or other issues because they could not afford to retain an attorney and had no idea where to turn for documents preparation services, mediation and/or basic information.  At Beginning of Independence Group LLC, we use our experience in customer service and as a mediation service to help individuals acquire the information they need to find solutions to their challenging issues.  Our goal is to help clients avoid saying, If I knew then what I know now.
