I ordered 1000 16pt business cards on 8/24/16 paid $22 dep. 8/30/16 they said the art files sent but did not look like the cards. I sent corrected art files(ones that were sent to previous printer- I wanted to spend my money locally) on 8/30. I called to check the status on 9/8/16 and was informed they "missed" the email...cards will be ready on 9/13/16. I went to pick them up on 9/13, they were so blurry, we had to sort through to salvage 100 cards (by now I was completely out!) they were to be reprinted and ready today 9/16/16. TODAY, I get a call from Kerry saying they could not get them clear without reformatting?? I informed them this order was now 22 DAYS old instead of 4 and whatever needs to be done, they should do it and complete the order. I said forget it, just refund my money and I will go elsewhere...now they are refusing to refund the deposit because I told him "shame on him for not completing this job within 22 days." Don't waste your time or money with this printer!
