Almost 2 months to make an appointment, called me the same day of the appointment to confirm. They took about 15 mins to check in, plus 25 mins to give me the paperwork to fill & quickly after, the secretary told me that she wasn't going to see me today because more than 45 mins passed by (secretary's fault because I was there on time) Secretary was rude,was screaming, started threatening me when I asked for a supervisor, refuse to give me any information about her boss, she did way more but I will resume as, the WORSE experience I EVER had in my life! I promise this place is awful!!

My family and I have been going to Dental Reflections for about 3 years now. They have always been affordable and treated us extremely well compared to all the other dental offices we have been to in the past. My most recent dental work was free. I got a surprise $100 off my visit because I referred a friend. Times are tough in this area and I really appreciated that.‎

I had a really bad toothache and I was not in a good mood. I was definitely a little difficult when I stopped by their office to make an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant to deal with through the entire experience. After the dentist fixed me up I was in a much better mood. I commended the front desk ladies for being so polite when I was so cranky. The dentists and staff at St Clair Shores Dental Reflections are great people and their patience ment a lot to me.‎

The Saint Clair Shores dentists were great with my children. My children are not easy to work with when it comes to the dentist. Dr Winningham kept my children calm and got through the work they needed done. I finally found a dentist that my children like. Online registration was also very convenient so that I did not have to come in early to fill out paper work.‎

My daughter needed braces. I ran around and called a lot of dentists to get prices and braces are not cheap. I received a coupon in the mail from this office for clear braces for $2929. If you have been looking around like I have thats about $1000 less than wire braces and half off the regular price of the clear braces. There was an additional fee of $377 for the records, but they did tell me that up front. I asked about a payment plans and they said that they could put me on a payment plan for $99 a month with $1127 down. I didn't go for the payment play though. I just ended up paying cash. Im just happy that I don't have to be concerned anymore about my daughters teeth.‎
