These two ladies are so right, this the worst office ever! Dr. Voci staff is so rude and unprofessional. I also, ask to see the doctor and they explained to me he don't see his patients. During my office visit, I waited to be seen for 1/1/2 hours for Dr. Voci to come examine me. Well, instead he sent in his nurse practitioner to relay a message of what test to have completed..I thought "How rude"!!!! This doctor maybe good at his job, but he has no compassion for his patients nor time. This staff is so unorganized and rude, I change my neurologist quickly for better service and treatment.

This is the worst of their offices ..always a long wait and they never let you see your Doctor any more. Physicans assistants suck big time, they try to change your meds around and think they know your body better than you do. Cindy is right they do push narcotics and THEIR pain mamagement clinic. Dr Voci is the best but I never see him anymore either...:(

Find another place to go to. Waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen by a physicians assistant. When I asked to speak to Dr. Giancarlo, I was told that he wasn't in the office and they didn't know where he was. My appointment was suppose to be scheduled with HIM!!! Not sure if the doctors there are any good because you never get to see them. They are a facility that pushes narcotics and THEIR pain management clinic.
