Terrible! I ordered all of the linens, tables, glasses, flatware and chafing dishes through Hotz. They showed up to the reception an hour late with many of the items missing. I called the event coordinator to find out why and was greeted with an unprofessional, condescending attitude. I've coordinated many events and never ran into this type of customer disrespect. Being late and showing up with many missing items is UNACCEPTABLE!

Apparently this isn't their first offense. Other cater friends warned me of their professionalism as well. There are many options to choose from when planning a wedding or event...... this should be one to steer clear of!

We chose HOTZ because of their location and price.
Due to lack of space and time (and my mental sanity) - I will just list what they did and did not do:

-showed up 1 hour late
-did not bring a dolly or chair cart to haul chairs
-only brought a crew of 2 men instead of the contract-agreed-upon 4.
-refused to carry the chairs "that far" even though they had been paid an extra $150 to do so
-their 2 men carried ONE chair at a time!!!! while my MOTHER, MOTHER IN LAW, Aunts, and Uncles carried 4 at a time and set up ALL the chairs in their wedding clothes in order to get them up just 15 minutes before wedding.
