Provided by YPmobileNever I repeat never visit this business. I spent $2500 on a previous trailer and they left exposed wood on my bunk rails for maybe $3 extra carpet. Today I drove my boat there as I had a strap issue while launching my boat. I asked for help and he told me to look around I have trailers everywhere and come back in a week. Mind you it was the minute he opened and nobody was even there. I proceeded in and was going to purchase a whole new Fulton wrench system such that I could salvage my fishing day, asked to borrow a box wrench and owner tells me he doesn't lend tools. The guy is a tool. I purchased a strap drove all the way home(1 hr) and it was a 4 minute fix. You can not even make this stuff up. Being in sales myself I would rate this business a negative star if at all possible. I am ashamed that yelp makes me rate it a one star. If you want the worst customer service and a quick way to ruin your day stop by and patronage this mess of a human and business.

Provided by YPmobileI went to Joe's to ask basic trouble shooting questions and which products I needed to purchase to rectify my trailer lighting issue... The guy was very short with me and didn't seem interested in helping me... Seemed to be troubled with the fact that my girlfriend wasn't white... Too bad for Joe's cuz my money is green.

Provided by YP.comTheir website brags about how well they know their business, how they do wiring, etc. Yet when I called to do a simple upgrade (4 pin to a 7 pin trailer plug on a vehicle), they said they don't do that work for motorhomes (which is laughable), and that they "didn't have time" right now. They lost a potential customer in me with the flippant attitude alone. If they had at least tried to give me a recommendation, then I would have had nothing bad to say. They should learn to treat potential customers better than that. As an aside - I was going to buy some other equipment there; they lost that opportunity as well.

Provided by YP.comI had problems with another company putting the electrical plug on my van for towing. Joe's took care of the problem right away and had I gone there first I would have saved about 30% of what I paid at a dealers. I will only go there from now on when I need parts or service.
