It started off nice enough. "Judy" the land lady quickly gets involved in every aspects of ones life. She uses the few elderly as eyes and ears. Judy always seem to what everyone was up to. The apartments are a good size but the hear rarely works and the built in ac is in the tiny quest room. During my lease I witness Judy scolding a young girl for reading under a tree, as she should of walked to the park. If Judy doesn't like you, then everthing goes down hill. Despite if your are an abused, single mom,she work you for what you have and then turn her back.

nice size apartments, off the beaten path, long term tenants including local police and firemen. Well managed and well matintained. QUIET with no tenant behavior issues. Not so much an aparment complex as it is a COMMUNITY OF CONSCIENTIOUS TENANTS

extremely spacious apartments, slightly dated, but wonderful effiecient management staff and quiet, neighbor friendly community of long time tenants. VERY HAPPY WITH MY COMMITMENT TO THIS COMPLEX
