We are 10 minutes from Wheeling Island Casino. Absolutely awful customer serv...

Absolutely awful customer service. I called to reserve a rate and when I asked a few questions she answered 'no' rudely and hung up on me. I decided to go with another hotel.

The place was filthy. Used toiletries were left in the bathroom, the bathroom smelled really bad which might have been from the vent that had mold coming out of it, the shower walls hadn't been cleaned in long time. Couldn't take shoes off because the floor was so dirty. The people at the counter were very rude.

Good quality for the price

I think this is the best hotel I every stay in, everytime me and my husband goes to Wheeling we always pick this hotel. I look the view over the city.
