Andys Tire & Muffler Center - If I could rate them a 0 star or negative, I would. They are complete rip off artists. They completely took advantage of my 17 year old son who wanted to have an aftermarket exhaust installed on his car. First they claimed the exhaust did not fit correctly, although we verified multiple times it was the correct model for his car and in order to install this, would require modifications. Well that meant they completely damaged the aftermarket exhaust by bending and welding the exhaust in a way it was not intended to be. All of which causes the exhaust to now not sit on the car exhaust hangers correctly and rattle.In addition, when we returned to them when we noticed the HVAC H and L caps were removed and not reinstalled on the car and to talk about an alternator bolt they left loose, the check engine light from an O2 sensor they forgot to connect, we learned they discharged the AC during the install of the headers and never bothered to recharge the AC. Once we took it back to have the AC recharged, it never worked again. They now claim the compressor has gone bad and are blaming it on the exhaust they installed incorrectly. On top of that, the final price was $180 more than they originally quoted and when we had to take it back again because the battery was dead from them not connecting the alternator correctly, they had the nerve to ask us to pay $5 for a fuse they blew.I cannot believe someone is capable of running their business this way and Yelp will be only the first of many places this review will get posted.Stay very far away.

I thought they were awesome had my tire on and ready to go in less then 15 minutes. The guys were knowledgable and answered all my questions even put my spare and jack back where it was supposed to be. Only I wish was that they could do alignments there.

My experience was quite the opposite . Andy's Tire & Muffler Ctr came highly recommended to me by fellow " Cruisers " here in Florida and I am so glad I followed their advice. I had a complete Flowmaster Custom Muffler System installed on my 2004 Thunderbird and watched as he carefully took off my stock system and expertly installed new. The replacement pipes had to be hand bent to my car which is no easy task. He took the necessary time to do this job to perfection and I can't say enough about how happy I am with his professionalism and final results. I seriously doubt you will find a better shop for your muffler and/or custom installations. I highly recommend that you check them out for yourselves. Don M.

The worst service ever!!! Do not go there!!! They hire a bunch of incompetent people! The tech does not even know how to put tires on!!!
