I normally don't write reviews on companies unless I had very bad experience. Well is this not the cause with company. I had several problems that was going on with my phone. Megan was great. She took her time and explain to me what was causing my issues AND FIX MY PROBLEMS. Thanks AT&T. First class customer service. I be back.
