I went in to BP to get gas. I mistakenly told the clerk the wrong pump number and she said that she would have to recharge my credit card to the right pump and give me a credit on the wrong pump. Well I have had problems with stores crediting my account so I didn't want to do that. Instead of moving me to the pump she charged she told me to leave the store she couldn't do anything and she never refunded my money on my card nor would she let me get my gas. Very Rude!!!!



I then called the corporate office and Veronica there told me basically it was my fault and I had better not bad talk the store!!



I will never go there again and I will tell everyone that comes into my place of business how incredable rude they are.
