We come from Canada and during the 6 months we are here, it's always a pleasure to go at this buffet for the big amount of food, the variety and taste. When friends come to visit, we bring them there and every body leaves the restaurant happy. I would be very happy having a chinese buffet like this in my town.

DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is so dirty. When I went to get my plate from the buffet line there was a ROACH sitting on the stack of plates.

We live in Poinciana but drive to St Cloud just to eat here because we have been to a few not so good ones in Kissimmee. I will never go anywhere else!!! Staff is awesome and very attentive. Food is delicious and there is a wide variety. The restaurant is always very clean as well. I highly recommend this place!!

Before today I would have gave this establishment 3 stars, My wife and I just got back from the restaurant.We have been steady customers for as long as it has been open (maybe 2 years). The help is friendly and somewhat quick. Tonight we thought we would try the crab legs. Now in most Chinese buffets they are usually included in the price of dinner. Buffet City in Saint Cloud charges 3.99 extra for the crab legs Which I could never accept. But what the heck? We gave in and tried them. The so called butter was terrible, it had very oily taste and texture. After a few legs my wife smelled ammonia in one of the legs. I also tasted it in about my fourth crab leg. We alerted the waitress. She told us we can tell the manager who handles all the bills She took away the half eaten plates and nut crackers, And we went on to eat other things. Of course not the crab legs. When it came time to settle the bill the manager at first refused to take the additional 8.00 off the bill..Arguing that we should have stopped eating them immediately. Which we did as soon as we came across the first one to have this ammonia. She even took a customer poll on whether or not she was right (in front of several customers) which I thought to be very unprofessional.I know sometimes customers have trivial complaints but I can assure any one my wife and I aren't that way. This manager needs to learn the value of good steady customers. She just lost my wife and I. She demonstrated to a lot of customers what to expect from her if they ever have a reasonable request.

this resturant has great service, selection, taste and is priced right for my budget. I will definetly dine here again. service could use some help
