Unprofessional place. They discriminate kids with specific disabilities and problems. All of the therapists, even the director, don’t want to assist with kids who have behavioral issues. They’re very unprofessional and gossip with each other about the kids and their private lives. This place shouldn’t be open because it’s no help for kids with disabilities at all. They only thing that they do is they hurt families feelings and kids feelings because they don’t work on their goals or focus on their challenges. They only care about making money. I hope they're able to sleep at night.

This place is horrible! Dont bother going there.

Clean ,state of the art therapy center. I can receive all my services in one location. Psychology , psychiatric , behavior and therapy services. I have notice a great improvement with my child's Needs. Strongly recommended .

My daughter has been going to Carrousel since they opened. After trying many therapy centers in my area and beyond, I was elated to find them. My daughter with cerebral palsy has come so far since she has been in therapy with Carrousel. The OT and PT are wonderful. The owner has worked with us through insurance changes and made sure my child never missed therapy because of insurance. I would highly recommend Carrousel to anyone with a child needing therapy services.

I am a new resident in Kissimmee Florida . After searching different therapy centers in the area I was recommended by one of my dearest friend to Carrousel Therapy Center. I am very please with the consistency and feedback from their proffesionals. In a short period of time my case manager advocate services that my child was in need for. Thanks Carrousel , you had made my new life easier.

Had an evaluation and it has been two months and now has contacted me for a followup appointment I contacted them 2 weeks ago asking what is going on and why the treatment hasn't started and they had absolutely no answer super unprofessional and not very organized. My child needs this therapy and it seems they really don't care about their patients they get paid for the evaluation and then don't even bother to follow up.

A Clean facility, but I am very disappointed with the service they provide I realizes when people do things because they want to help children with disabilities or just do it for the money, my children had a evaluation almost a month ago and still do not have ready and have not given any therapy, after all this time Ms. Rivera do not write his evaluation on a paper or computer and excuses is that it was she is the owner and the only one who can give OT Evaluations, she is really busy and we have to wait another two weeks for her to write it down, after that they can schedule the therapies. OMG, How can take her so long to write an evaluation of 5-7 pages that is called laziness, lack of interest to the patients. How can she even remember what or how they do at the evaluation a month after its impossible. Also they make me sign a HIPPA Law and they do not respect because in the lobby in Spanish they start talking about the patients, families of patients and how there relationship affect
