Brought TV in on January 14, 2016, charged me $45 for diagnostic and he said he would contact me within 2 days. After a week I called and he said he didn't get a chance to look at it and got upset that I called him. c called a few days later and he sounded annoyed and said he was waiting for a part. Did hear from him till Feb. 4th when I went to the store to check on TV progress. He explained that the part came in last Saturday and when he put it in the TV, the part was faulty, He said he called the company on Wednesday and sent the part back and was waiting for the part. I asked why he waited so long to send the part bak and why he didn't call me. He proceeded to answer me, that if I didn't like it, I should take my TV home. So I left with a broken TV after almost a month of TERRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE Service, without my TV....Will never go there again, never recommend and will tell everyone I know about the TERRIBLE service.
