I hate to put 3 stars. I used to take my Maltese mix to them 6 years ago before moving and they did a great job. But after I moved back to town and tried to call them to schedule an appointment, even at two in the afternoon, no one answered the phone and didn't get back to me until next business day when I left a message. Sadly, I missed that call and tried to call again, again no answer. Sorry.
