This company abuses their employees, they're getting paid less than minimum wage and the employees get punished if they make the smallest mistake. There's no respect for the people that have been working there longer than others. And they discrimate their employees because of their age.

Adriana Rivera & JD (Juandiego) Rivera, owners of JAR CLEANING steal money from their employess by paying them less hours worked or by deducting from the payments they make when working on certain rooms. Plus they make them work for long hours without being able to take any break or lunch break, leaving the employees hungry and without any water or any hydrating drinks ALL DAY, this is INHUMANE and against every labor law in any state. They pay the worst salary possible and every week there is something wrong with the payroll, which is handled by Adriana Rivera, because everybody has less money than they should. They promise to pay this much then they end up paying much less than what they promise because they always find an excuse for a deduction in pay.
