At the Hunter’s Creek location, my dog was dragged by his neck right in front of me by one of the employee's child (a young boy, who I in no way blame). He dragged him by a slip lead several feet while he scrabbled to get away. No adult stopped him. I was the one who had to ask him to stop. I will not be returning. Ever. Further, my dog suffered a laceration of the eye. Dania, the “manager” of the Hunter’s Creek location has ignored my requests for vet reimbursement for over a month.
