It should be called "A Room Every 55 Years." First the carpeting had a flaw running through it (their supplier's fault, not theirs). Fine. They'll get back to me to reschedule. A week passed, and nothing. Then someone came out to install, and he was surprised that the doors needed to be adjusted -- even though the initial surveyor had already indicated that in the notes. So here's another day it couldn't be done.

They'll get right back to me.

Right.

More time passes. I call and inquire. Oh, we'll get back to you this afternoon.

No call, obviously.

So I called just now and said I'd like to cancel. "OK," comes the response. "I'm glad you have enough business that you evidently don't need mine." "OK," came the response.

If that's an employee, he's fired. If that's the owner, then heaven help these people.

Would recommend to anyone who wants the personal service a family owned and operated business can offer you. Bruce the owner was great to deal with, I will use them again and recommend the same to anyone wanting one on one service.

I had a great experience with this compnay. Bruce was great to work with. It is a smaller family owened business and the service I got was so much then just being a number at a big chain store. They have a great selection and are willing to spend the time with you. Would Recomend them to anyone.

My mother & father in law recommended this company when we needed help removing tile from our home. It was a small amount, but I was up-front about that, and they didn't say that it was a problem. I was told they would call the day to come look at the job. No call. I called again, was told "tomorrow". Again, no call, and the same the next day. I called again, they scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. No call and NO SHOW. They called the next morning, said they would be there in the afternoon. Called back at 5pm to say they couldn't make it, and would call back in 48 hours. FOUR DAYS LATER I called again, and was told that they would check with someone & call me right back-FIVE HOURS LATER I HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED. I understand if something unexpected comes up, or if you are genuinely busy, or if the job is just too small for your company to bother with-- BUT BE HONEST, AND FOR GOD'S SAKE CALL WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL AND/OR IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT!!!! ***TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!*** I would give ZERO stars if I could!
