We've been using Saint Francis for several years now. They've always been friendly, caring, professional and easy to get in touch with. Recently we had one of our cats become very sick before passing away. He stayed at Saint Francis for several days and received a lot of treatment, and the staff was simple incredible. I cannot praise them highly enough. They cared for our cat like he was their own.

Awesome service! Very gentle with my frightened kitty and VERY reasonable prices!! I'll be bringing all my animals here. Thanks for helping my cat, Dr. Madera. One of the best Vet experiences Ive ever had!! :)

I've been using St. Francis for 15 years & wouldn't go any place else. When we first got our cat Midnight, he was allowed outside & got into a fight. The wound got infected. It was close to noon, so as I was calling Vets I got told maybe later, no appointments available, etc. till St. Francis. They said come right in. We have used them since as we ended up with 2 more cats. They have terrific with all our problems & so helpful. Yesterday, we had to put Midnight to sleep. The Doctor & Staff were all so helpful & compassionate, it really helped. I wouldn't go any place else.

On my first visit to St. Francis with my two new kittens, I was very impressed! Everyone is SO friendly and helpful and Dr. Madera was very thorough in his exams and even went the extra mile by cutting some costs on his own without me asking!! Their kindness and being so considerate has confirmed that I now have a permanent vet to rely on. I feel I can fully trust the care of my kittens to them....thank you to Dr. Madera and his wonderful staff! And as I was writing this, I got a phone call from them asking how the kittens were doing and thanking me for coming to their hospital....I am impressed!!

I feel that Dr. Madera and staff really care about my dogs well being. They listen to my concerns and they take the time to answer all of my questions. The staff is very nice and friendly even when they are so busy, they always have a smile.

I wanted to express my thanks to DR. Madera and appreciation for all of your hard work and tremendous effort you take with the care and treatment of our little Teddy. We value your time that you take to ensure that Teddy is well and in the best possible health.

Dr. Madera is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provides the BEST veterinarian services I have had in many years. I get schedule reminders and follow up calls from the staff. I am fortunate to have such a great and caring group in my area.

I feel that my pet's health and wellbeing are important to your staff. I really appreciate the follow up phone calls from Jan when my pet has received her shots or has been in for a sick visit.

For almost 15 years I have been coming to St Francis and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Also I know my pet would not like to go anywhere else.

Making the decision to put our cat to sleep today was extremely difficult, and even though she wasn't a patient of yours until today, your staff was so loving and caring, and I really can't thank you enough. Thank you again for helping us through one of the toughest days a pet parent can experience.

Cannot even begin to say how much I love this group. Dr Madero is absolutely the best vet ever. The staff there...Jan, Greta , Jose' and all the others go above & beyond. Thank you for taking care of my 2 westies. Our experience with our 14 yr old surgery just made us love you that much more!!

Super friendly,compassionate staff & dr.s. exceptionally clean interior/exterior. The vets take their time to answer all questions, they provide estimates & honest opinions based upon your budget if you mention things are tight. They care & they aren't just another 'cheap' cattle call. You get what you pay for! Sure, they might be a few $ more than the roach infested place down the road....but my pets deserve the better care, don't yours?

The best vet in town I would not change them for nothing. Excellent service and you get whay you pay for. Pets are treated like a human and not like animals. I have never had any problems with anything and the staff and doctors are always available and they will never reject to see a patient while other vets do because they are closing. They take walk ins while others don't. Go here and judge for yourself and they are super super clean
