They are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. Service is quick and of the highest quality in all they do. I am very grateful for them being here among so many other businesses who don't have this type of personal attention.

I gave my girlfriend a ring for Valentines day and she took it here to be sized. It didn't fit when she picked it up. They didn't offer to make it the right size, give a refund, or anything. Also, where it had been cut/sized was visible, and one of the supports for the top of the ring was buckled. They were very rude about the situation and had her in tears when she left. I called them and they had the same attitude with me. You would think that when a person gets a ring sized, the jeweler would make sure it fit. And if it didn't fit, somehow make it right. Im very disappointed that my girlfriend was pushed to shed tears over her v.day gift.
